Woke up and got ready to go to the Holocaust Museum with Amanda, Karen, and Amber. We went and walked around, but got there too late to see the permanent exhibition. Oops. We left a bit after 3 and started to walk towards Chinatown to get some fro-yo. At the crosswalk this policeman rolls down his window and says, "Ladies, you are going to want to turn around and get inside."
Weird, but we did. Went back to the museum where a bunch of people were trying to get inside. Suddenly this big gust of wind starts blowing and we just get hit with tons of silt and sand. It eventually starts pouring and thundering and lightning and we are just stuck inside a museum which we just saw everything in. About 1/2 hour later or so we were able to leave and made our way home.
I am tired, but it was a great day and hilarious when the policeman rolled down his window to instruct us to go inside. ay.
